ALG is committed to helping public employers in preventing and detecting any fraud, waste, or abuse related to Federal and State public funding. ALG helps our clients by creating vigorous compliance program and training programs to help educate its work-force on fraud and abuse laws, including the importance of submitting accurate reports in accordance to the applicable Federal and State obligations. Furthermore, ALG provides investigation services into claims of any such allegation of fraud, waste, or abuse swiftly and thoroughly and will do so through the client’s internal compliance programs and processes. ALG can also help the client take appropriate action against an employee or vendor who has participated in a violation of Federal or State law or the client’s policy.
