Beth Young is an associate in the firm specializing in collective bargaining negotiations on behalf of public and private sector clients, including drafting contract language to meet client objectives; contract administration; grievance arbitration, including writing of post-hearing briefs; advising clients regarding various labor and employment law issues, including unfair labor practice charges, discipline and discharge and employment laws such as FMLA and ADA: conducting research regarding various labor and employment law issues; personnel policy development; employment-related administrative proceedings.
Beth is a 2006 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University in 2003.
