Bryan W. Langepfeffer is a Senior Associate with The Allen Law Group. Mr. Langepfeffer focuses his practice on real estate, construction, business, and municipal law. Mr. Langepfeffer advises his clients on structuring and executing transactions, as well as represents them with the litigation of disputes from inception through trial.
In Michigan, Mr. Langepfeffer’s experience includes litigating and resolving contentious matters involving real property, and commercial and construction contracts. He has also advised clients on non-contentious matters involving compliance with zoning and municipal regulations, residential and commercial real property, and business matters including entity formation, company mergers, and the sale of ownership interests and corporate assets. Mr. Langepfeffer also has experience in estate planning and probate matters including guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
Mr. Langepfeffer’s diverse legal experience in not limited to the State of Michigan, but also includes practicing in the State of Colorado, and internationally in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and Tirana, Albania. Mr. Langepfeffer spent the first five years of his career in Colorado litigating matters primarily involving construction defects, personal injury, and defamation. In Cambodia, Mr. Langepfeffer advised private investors and multinational corporations on cross-border real estate and business transactions. In Albania, Mr. Langepfeffer advised American and European companies and non-profit organizations regarding their Albania-based projects in a variety of sectors including energy, banking and education.
Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College. He graduated law school from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2007. During law school, he served as a staff editor for the University of Denver Journal of International Law and Policy and interned at the Denver District Court. He is licensed to practice law in both Michigan and Colorado.
