Natasha is an Associate Attorney at The Allen Law Group. She assists with representing various clients, including municipalities and municipal entities, as well as national and local corporations, in various matters in state and federal court. Natasha’s practice encompasses real estate, business law and corporate transactions, municipal law, and employment and labor law.
Natasha has experience with medical malpractice, municipal law, employment and labor law, and insurance coverage. As a litigator, Natasha assists with drafting and preparing motions, briefing, discovery, and preparing for mediation, facilitation, and trial. In her litigation practice, Natasha also assists with preparing and responding to appeals in the Michigan Court of Appeals.
In addition to her litigation practice, Natasha also assists in providing municipalities, municipal entities, and corporate clients with guidance surrounding compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act, as well as relevant local and federal business and property/real estate laws and regulations.
In Michigan, Natasha has become involved with multiple bar-related organizations and entities, including the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, the Women’s Bar Association—Oakland County Region, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Michigan. Through these efforts, Natasha regularly attends committee meetings and assists with facilitating programming and events in local areas.
Prior to moving to Michigan, Natasha served as a Law Clerk at the Delaware Superior Court for two terms, during which time she assisted with drafting orders, opinions, and guidance in civil and criminal matters.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan—Dearborn (2015) and a Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School (2019). During law school, she served as a leader in the Student Bar Association, the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law, and as a research assistant, in which capacity she co-published an article with the Arkansas Law Review (December 2018). She is licensed to practice law in both Michigan and the District of Columbia.
Natasha’s associations include: the Michigan Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Oakland County Bar Association, the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, and the Women’s Bar Association – Oakland County.
