Shaun P. Ayer is a shareholder in the firm’s labor and employment practice group. Shaun helps employers by developing effective strategies that allow businesses to succeed. Whether it is negotiating a labor agreement or defending a lawsuit, attention to detail is what results in successful outcomes.

His practice focuses on representing public and private employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Shaun represents employers in civil court proceedings, grievance arbitrations and administrative proceedings regarding unfair labor practice allegations. Additionally, Shaun has represented employers as chief negotiator for numerous collective bargaining agreements including Act 312 proceedings and other related NLRB and MERC proceedings. Shaun has represented a broad spectrum of employers in education, hospitality, manufacturing, health care, municipal and gaming.
