Shaun P. Ayer is a shareholder in the firm’s labor and employment practice group. His practice focuses on representing public and private employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Shaun represents employers in civil court proceedings, grievance arbitrations and administrative proceedings regarding unfair labor practice allegations. Additionally, Shaun has represented employers as chief negotiator for numerous collective bargaining agreements.

Furthermore, Shaun routinely counsels and assists employers regarding compliance with various applicable federal, state and local labor and employment laws, including the preparation and review of employment contracts, severance agreements, and employee handbooks and policies. Shaun has represented a broad spectrum of employers in education, hospitality, manufacturing, health care, municipal and gaming laws.
